- 6 # Breaded Seabob Shrimp Poppers
- 30 roll Each Miniature Hoagie, lightly toasted
- 2 # Romaine, shredded
- 3 ea Red Onion, sliced
- 8 ea Tomato, sliced thin
For the 'Secret Sauce'
- 2 cup Mayo
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Relish
- 1/4 cup Yellow Mustard
- For the 'Secret Sauce': Prepare the secret sauce by combining the mayonnaise, ketchup, relish and yellow mustard together in a medium sized bowl and whisking well to combine. Reserve under refrigeration.
- Prepare the Shrimp Poppers according to the package instructions. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: CONVECTION OVEN: Place oven rack in the center of the oven. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place frozen shrimp in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. Bake for 5-7 minutes. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Place oven rack in the center of the oven. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place frozen shrimp in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes. NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F MINIMUM
- Assemble the Po Boys from the bottom up beginning with the bottom half of a mini hoagie roll. Spread approximately ½ ounce of secret sauce across the bottom bun followed by about ½ cup of shredded romaine, 2 slices of tomato and a couple slices of red onion. Top with about 6-8 shrimp poppers and the top of the bun before serving.
