- 2 pcs 9” Flatbreads
- 1 cup prepared marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup capers deep fried for 30 sec
- 2 cups fresh baby arugula
Tips from the chef: Use a sharp cleaver to slice the Fire Roasters™ Smokey Applewood Salmon Fillets from frozen.
- Lay out both flat breads on a baking pan with parchment.
- Spread ½ cup of marinara on each flatbread.
- Using a cleaver slice salmon in half from frozen then make further slices of each half into thin slices. Spread out the salmon evenly over the flatbread.
- Evenly sprinkle ½ cup of shredded mozza over each flatbread. This is used just to lightly bind the ingredients.
- Slice cherry tomatoes in half and place over flatbreads.
- Bake in 375°F convection oven for 8-10 mins. Don’t worry! Salmon will thaw and cook to perfection in this time.
- Lastly when flatbreads come out garnish with arugula and fried capers, slice and serve on a board or long platter.
