Main Ingredients:
- 12 ea Crispy Crunchy Breaded Cape Hake Portions
- 24 oz Sweet Potato Fries frozen
- 3 ea Lemon halved and charred on a grill
For the Tartar Sauce:
- 8 oz Mayo
- 1 oz Whole Grain Mustard
- 1 tbsp Dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp Relish dill or sweet
- 1 oz Lemon, juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the Tartar Sauce: Combine all tartar ingredients in a bowl and combine. Set in refrigerator until ready to plate.
- Cook Hake and sweet potato fries according to package instructions.
- Divide the fries equally between 6 plates. Add two pieces of fully cooked Hake to each plate. Serve with a large ramekin of tartar sauce and charred lemon on the side
