Crispy Crunchy Hake N' Chips

Main Ingredients:

  • 12 ea Crispy Crunchy Breaded Cape Hake Portions
  • 24 oz Sweet Potato Fries frozen
  • 3 ea Lemon halved and charred on a grill

For the Tartar Sauce:

  • 8 oz Mayo
  • 1 oz Whole Grain Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Relish dill or sweet
  • 1 oz Lemon, juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. For the Tartar Sauce: Combine all tartar ingredients in a bowl and combine. Set in refrigerator until ready to plate.
  2. Cook Hake and sweet potato fries according to package instructions.
  3. Divide the fries equally between 6 plates. Add two pieces of fully cooked Hake to each plate. Serve with a large ramekin of tartar sauce and charred lemon on the side
