Crispy Crunchy Greek Style Fish Sandwich

Main Ingredients:
- 6 ea Crispy Crunchy Breaded Cape Hake Portions
- 6 ea Ciabatta Bun
- 1 ea Red Onion, sliced sliced into rings
- 1 ea Boston Bibb Lettuce
- 2 ea Beefsteak Tomato, sliced
- 1 ea Cucumber sliced into ribbons
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
- 1 ea Cucumber, grated
- 16 oz Greek Yogurt plain
- 3 ea Garlic, Clove, minced
- 2 tbsp Dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp Lemon, juice
- Salt to taste
- For the Tzatziki Sauce: Add the grated cucumber and about ¼ teaspoon salt to a towel and combine. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze out the extra moisture with cheesecloth (preferred) or a few sheets of paper towel.
- In a bowl, combine the prepared grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, and salt to taste. Adjust to taste as needed. Chill in the fridge for 15 - 20 before using.
- Cook & Preparing Sandwich: Prepare the Hake according to the package instructions.
- On the bottom bun spread the tzatziki sauce, bibb lettuce, tomato, cucumber ribbons, beer battered hake, onion slices, more tzatziki sauce and top bun. Enjoy with your favorite side!
