Beer Battered Cape Hake Sandwich

Main Ingredients:
- 6 ea Cape Hake Beer Battered Portion
- 6 ea Brioche Bun
- 2 ea Beefsteak Tomato, sliced
- 1 ea Boston Bibb Lettuce
For the Tartar Sauce:
- 10 oz Mayo
- 2 tbsp Relish
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Lemon, juice
- Prepare Hake according to the package instructions.
- For the Tartar Sauce: Tartar Sauce: In a med. bowl mix tartar ingredients and put in fridge until your ready to build the sandwich.
- For the Salsa Fresca: Mix red onion, jalapeño pepper, and lime juice in a bowl. Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Mix in tomatoes, cilantro, and salt; allow to stand for flavors to blend.
- Assemble: Lightly toast the brioche bun (if desired) and then build the sandwiches from the bottom up beginning with the lettuce, tomato and then followed by the hake and tartar. Enjoy with your favorite side dish.
