- 20 ea Oven Ready Whole Grain Potato Crunch Pollock Fillets
- 20 ea Hamburger Bun
- 20 ea Green Leaf Lettuce, select large whole leaves for each sandwich
- 6 ea Beefsteak Tomato, sliced thin 1/4"
- 2 1/4 cup Tartar Sauce, prepared brand of choice
- Prepare the Pollock Potato Crunch Fillets according to the package instructions. Cooking Instructions From Frozen: Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Bake for 14-16 minutes. Note: Cook to an internal temperature of 155°F minimum.
- While the fillets cook gather and prepare your remaining ingredients.
- Assemble sandwiches beginning with one large piece of green leaf lettuce on the bottom of each sandwich bun. Add 1-2 slices of fresh beefsteak tomato, followed by a fully cooked Potato Crunch Pollock portion and finished with the top bun.
- Serve with a 1 oz. ramekin of your preferred tartar sauce on the side and enjoy.
