COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Keep frozen until ready to prepare – Do not refreeze.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Place oven rack in center of the oven. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen fish in a single layer on shallow baking pan. Bake for 16 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. For best results flip halfway through baking.
