3. Bake for about 23 minutes.
CONVECTION OVEN:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Place fillets in a single layer on a shallow baking pan.
3. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes.
DEEP FRY:
1. Fry at 360°F for 5 - 7 minutes.
