COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:
TO DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 350°F and fry for 5-7 minutes.
TO BAKE: Place frozen fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan.
CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 12-14 minutes.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 450°F and bake for 14-16 minutes.
NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 155°F MINIMUM.
Cooking Instructions from Frozen: To Deep Fry: Preheat fryer to 350 degrees F and fry for 5-7 minutes.
To Bake: Preheat oven and place frozen portions on a lightly oiled baking pan.
Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and bake for 12-14 minutes.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and bake for 14-16 minutes.
Note: Cook to an internal temperature of 155 degrees F minimum.
